These terms govern your use of tyronasia.com and any quote, booking or purchase of Tyron products arranged through it. By using the site or requesting a quote you agree to them. The Tyron warranty has its own terms, set out on the Warranty page.

1. Who we are

Tyron Asia distributes Tyron flat tyre protection and run-flat systems across Asia, with offices in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Beijing and Liuzhou. Contact: info@tyronasia.com, WhatsApp +60 12-263 8132.

2. What the product does and does not do

The Tyron Multiband is designed to keep a deflated tyre seated on the rim so the driver retains steering and braking and can stop under control. It does not prevent punctures or blowouts, it is not a run-flat tyre, and it does not allow continued driving on a flat tyre beyond a short emergency distance. Performance figures quoted on this site come from independent tests under test conditions; real outcomes depend on speed, load, road surface and driver response. Nothing on this site replaces safe driving, correct tyre pressures or tyre replacement at the proper time.

3. Quotes and prices

Prices are not published on the site because they differ by market. A quote becomes firm only when we confirm your tyre size, the band required and the workshop fitting fee in writing (normally on WhatsApp). Quotes are valid for 30 days. The fitting fee is set by the certified workshop and is shown to you before you confirm a booking. Prices are quoted in the currency of your market and include applicable taxes.

4. Fitment checks

Some tyre sizes, in particular aspect ratios of 40 and below, need a fitment check. If a set cannot be fitted to your vehicle we will tell you and no charge arises.

5. Booking, fitting and payment

Fitting is carried out only by Tyron certified workshops. Fitting or refitting by anyone else voids the warranty.
You pay for the set and the fitting fee at the workshop on the day of fitting, by the payment methods the workshop accepts, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. No payment is taken through this website.
Sets are sold for all road wheels (4), or 4 plus the spare (5). We do not sell partial sets.
At fitting, the workshop records your vehicle chassis number (VIN) so the warranty certificate can be issued to it.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Before fitting: you may cancel or move a booking at any time without charge by messaging us. Since payment is made on fitting day, no refund arises.
After fitting: the bands are fitted inside your wheels and are specific to your rim size, so a change of mind after fitting cannot be refunded. The workshop’s fitting fee is for work done and is non-refundable.
Faulty product: covered by the 10-year warranty with 1:1 product exchange, see the Warranty page. If a band is found to be defective at fitting, it is replaced at no cost.
Wrong size supplied by us: we supply the correct band at no cost and cover the refit.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) or the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Singapore).

7. Tyre changes and transfers

At each tyre change the set must be removed and refitted by a certified workshop; only the workshop’s normal tyre installation fee applies. The set may be moved to another vehicle with identical tyre and rim sizes if you notify us of the new chassis number.

8. Fleet, government and defence sales

Enquiries from organisations are handled under separate written proposals, which take precedence over these terms where they differ. Technical catalogue data is provided for evaluation and may change without notice.

9. Certified workshops

Workshops apply through this site and are certified at our discretion after training. Certification may be withdrawn for fitting outside the rim-size chart, failing to record chassis numbers, or misuse of the Tyron name.

10. Use of the site

The content, images, test footage and the Tyron and Multiband names and logos are the property of Tyron or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it, or submit false enquiries. The site may link to third-party sites and services (WhatsApp, YouTube, map providers) that have their own terms.

11. Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate but provide it “as is” and do not guarantee it is error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, Tyron is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from a quote. Product liability for the Tyron system is covered by Lloyd’s of London global product liability insurance within the product’s operating guidelines. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy policy.

13. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia for customers in Malaysia and the laws of Singapore for customers in Singapore, with the courts of that country having jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
