Mercedes-Benz
Blowout protection for your B-Class.
If a tyre bursts, the Multiband keeps it on the rim so you can steer, brake and pull over.
Standard tyre size
225/45 R18
Check the tyre sidewall if your wheels or tyres have been changed. Sizes vary by variant and year.
Your tyre size, explained
Run-flat tyres carry an extra code next to the size, such as RFT, ZP, SSR, ROF or DSST. Tyron is fitted with normal tyres, so the time to look at it is when your run-flats are due for replacement.
Common questions
Does the Tyron Multiband fit a Mercedes-Benz B-Class?
The Multiband fits normal tyres on 14 to 22 inch wheels. The standard Mercedes-Benz B-Class tyre size in our records is 225/45 R18, and we confirm the band for your exact car before anything is booked.
How long does fitting take on a Mercedes-Benz B-Class?
Under an hour for a set of 18-inch wheels, at under 5 minutes per tyre for a trained workshop. The tyres come off, the bands go in and the tyres go back on.
Is a 225/45 tyre a problem for the band?
A 45-profile tyre has a short sidewall of about 101 mm, so the band is confirmed by a Tyron technician before booking.
How much is it for a Mercedes-Benz B-Class?
Prices depend on tyre size, band and market, so we send your exact fitted price on WhatsApp after you request a quote.
